2 Closed cooling tower
The cooling principle is that, in simple terms, there are two cycles: an inner cycle and an outer cycle. There is no filler, the main core part of the copper tube surface cooler.
① Internal circulation: interconnecting with the object device, forming a closed circulation system (circulation medium is soft water). To cool the object equipment, the heat from the object equipment is carried out to the cooling unit.
(2) External circulation: in the cooling tower, cooling tower itself. Does not contact with the inner circulating water phase, only through the cooling tower of the copper tube surface cooler for heat exchange and heat dissipation. In this cooling mode, the operation of the motor is set according to the water temperature through automatic control.
Both cycles, in the case of high ambient temperatures in spring and summer, need both cycles to run simultaneously. In autumn and winter, the ambient temperature is not high. In most cases, only one inner cycle is needed.
Closed cooling tower, or closed cooling tower, also known as closed cooling tower, referred to as closed tower.
