1. Low system operation cost
It is very practical and economical for the condensing temperature to be within 8.3℃ of the design temperature of the wet bulb. As a result, the compressor saves at least 10% power consumption compared with other cooling tower/condenser systems and 30% power consumption compared with air cooled condenser systems. The power of the fan is equivalent to that consumed by the fan of cooling tower/condenser system. And it is about 1/3 of the power of air cooled condenser fan of the same specification. Due to the lower pump head and reduced water flow, the pump power is approximately 25% of the pump power required in a normal cooling tower/condenser system.
2. Save initial investment
Evaporative condenser integrates the cooling tower, condenser, circulating pool, circulating water pump and water pipe into one, which reduces the cooling tower, circulating water pump and water pipe and other equipment, and also reduces the cost of processing and installing individual components in the cooling tower/condenser system. Because evaporative condenser uses evaporative cooling heat transfer mode efficiently, it can effectively reduce the heat transfer area, the number of fans and the power consumption of fan motor.
3, stable and reliable performance
The heat transfer is completely dependent on the surface of the coil group. The air enters from the lower part of the evaporative condenser at a low speed and exits from the upper part of the evaporative condenser at a high speed, so that the backflow of the hot and wet saturated air is reduced to a minimum.
The coil group is gradually processed from non-corrosive aluminum tubes. The pressure test of up to 3 mpa after each process ensures the air tightness of the coil group and the equipment is never leaked.
4, simple structure, easy to install
Evaporative condenser integrates shell tubular water-cooled condenser, cooling tower, circulating water pump, pool and water pipe into one. It adopts the assembly method of upper and lower box, which has the advantages of compact structure, less area, light weight, fewer connecting pipes, convenient installation and so on. It greatly reduces the intensity of site construction and installation and reduces the installation cost.
5. Save space
Evaporative condensers save valuable space by integrating condenser coil and cooling tower into one, and there is no need for large water pumps and lines as in cooling tower/condenser systems. Evaporative condensers only require about 50% of the windward area of air-cooled condensers of the same specification.

Therefore, the operation power is small, less power consumption, its advanced operating principle and excellent auxiliary equipment, the consumption of cooling water is also reduced, and the materials used have good anti-corrosion ability to extend the service life, supporting large flow axial fan, low noise, no pollution to the environment, is a real energy saving and environmental protection products. Maintenance is also simple, operating costs are relatively low.
