Air blower

Water distribut system
The use of removable, large flow anti-blocking blue nozzle, to ensure that the water is continuously and evenly covered on the surface of the coil, improve the heat transfer effect.
Dehydrator
The use of corrosion-resistant PVC material, effectively remove the water droplets in saturated wet air, so that the water floating rate is less than 0.001%; Detachable design is convenient
for later cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
Water pump
It adopts low-noise, fully enclosed, anti-splash and dustproof outdoor motor, equipped with stainless steel impeller and high quality mechanical seal.
It has the advantages of low energy consumption, excellent performance and long service life.
Other optional :IP56/66 protection grade; Explosion-proof motor; Optional motor brand.
PVCpacking
Specially designed PVC honeycomb packing has the advantages of good flame retardancy, small wind
resistance coefficient, anti-aging and so on.

Condensing tube bundle
The pipe adopts round steel pipe, and the tube bundle is tested for air tightness three times.
Integral hot-dip chain treatment improves corrosion resistance and prolonging service life.
Other optional: stainless steel 304, 316L, etc.

Peration principle
Water and air are used as cooling media, and refrigerant medium or other hightemperature fluid is used in the pipe. The high-temperature medium flows through the whole set of heat exchange coils from the upper air intake main pipe of the equipment, and is cooled or condensed by air and water, and then leads out from the lower liquid outlet pipe.
The circulating water pump will lead the circulating water from the bottom of the equipment to the top of the heat exchange coil group, and spray it evenly on the heat exchange coil through the spray pipe by the nozzle, and flow through the whole set of heat exchange coil to the water collection plate for recycling. The air intake is arranged around the lower side of the equipment, and the fresh air is drawn out from the coil tube through the whole bundle to the top through the axial flow fan.
Selection
Calculate the total amount of heat removed by the system;
Operating conditions: condensing temperature, wet bulb temperature,refrigerant;
Check the correction coefficient table 1 or table 2 to select the correctioncoefficient;
The total heat dissipation multiplied by the correction factor is thecondensing load under the operating condition. In Table 3-14, select thetype of equipment whose nominal heat discharge is greater than or equalto the condensing load.
The total heat discharge of the refrigeration system (includingcompressor oil cooling and shaft power) is 900kW;
Operating conditions: condensation temperature 35 degrees,wet bulb temperature 28 degrees, ammonia refrigerant; Lookingin Table 1, the correction coefficient is 1.88;
Condensing load =900kW*1.88=1692kW;
